Programme 2026 - February to August 

Non members are welcome to talk & demo meetings for a fee of £5 paid by cash on the door​

 

February 4th – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – The first part of the meeting will be the AGM after which guest artist & picture framer Tony Sabin who will be talking about picture framing focusing on the need to present work that does enhance it covering framing costs, presentation mounting work, colours etc. 

March 4th  - 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Demo by Artist David Pasfield in acrylics

​April 1st - 7.30pm to 9.30pm -Talk by Mary Ratcliffe Designer Artist

 

May No Meeting – CAG Annual Open Art Exhibition - 23rd to 25th  

June 3rd - 7.30pm to 9.30pm  - Workshop with pastel artist Teresa Seals.

July 1st - 7.30pm to 9.30pm  -  Demo - Artist and Craftsman Andrew Fawcett returns to absorb us on the methods & techniques of century old art & crafts this time frescoes.

August 5th – Afternoon meeting painting plein air . Venue is The River Blackwater, Coggeshall. We will be accessing the river via The Dutch Nursery development, where there are walk ways & nature reserve.
